Job Duties and Responsibilities What's in it for you? - $28.44/hour

- We provide career path training to be able to progress to other roles within the wireless industry, such as Field Engineers, Construction Manager, Safety and Quality positions

Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and repair equipment within wireless networks, including equipment upgrades as this exciting technology grows
- Collaborate with Network Operations and Construction Operation teams
- Complete work on towers at height, while maintaining a focus on safety at all times; the Foreman is specifically responsible for all safety processes being followed on-site and for taking the lead on any incident response when necessary
- Conduct Job Safety Analysis / Job Hazard Analysis at each job site
- File rigging plans with tower companies
- Be willing and able to provide training and mentorship to employees in the field by DISH's current guidelines and policies
- Up to 75% travel required
Skills, Experience and Requirements Essential Physical Functions: - Must have the ability to use a computer mouse, keyboard, and other equipment typically found in an office or call center environment
- The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to toy with, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- May frequently lift and/or move up to 80 pounds and may be required to lift to 125 pounds for short distances and/or move bulky objects
- Must meet the maximum weight requirements of 250 pounds and maximum 60-inch waist size to safely use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as the required harness
- The employee is frequently required to wear up to 30 pounds of PPE and tools and continuously wear up to 30 pounds of PPE and tools while on the tower
