This combination truly makes us a best place to work!Purpose: This role is essential for ensuring successful contractor work completion while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. The role of the Contract Coordinator is to improve work force productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through coordination of contractor labor, parts, material, and equipment access. The Contract Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of all contract maintenance work performed within the site.TARGETED OUTCOMES - Safe and efficient execution of contractor activities at the plant site
- Continuously improving KPI's specific to contractor safety, quality and cost.
- Reliable asset infrastructureKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate daily contractor activities at the plant site
- Ensure contractor activities are safely progressing according to plans, timelines, and budgets
- Enforce adherence to contractor workplace safety regulations and protocols
- Conduct contractor safety briefings and inspections
- Inspect completed contractor work to ensure it meets company and industry standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and the plant site
- Manage infrastructure asset reliability planREQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 5 applicable years of experience in the maintenance/operations field OR at least 5 years of coordinating and executing contractor activities
- Must have demonstrated mechanical ability, aptitude, initiative, self-direction and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of SAP Maintenance
- Understanding of Process Safety Management including Management of Change process, Contractor SHE Guidelines, and Procurement procedures to ensure compliance.REQUIRED SKILLS
