We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to direct our Women's Health Services department. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of women's health care delivery, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes, and driving departmental excellence.

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Must-Haves:Current Registered Nurse license in Kentucky
Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP), and AWHONN certifications
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement departmental goals aligned with organizational objectives
Direct patient care delivery, information technologies, and service level determination
Manage staffing, including hiring, orientation, evaluation, and professional development
Prepare and monitor departmental budgets
Coordinate internal/external audits
Integrate evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols
Serve as a resource for staff on obstetrical and neonatal concerns

Experience in fostering professional growth and team development
Proven track record in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 base salary annually, full benefits, PTO, and much more!
