Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries regarding benefits and eligibility in a courteous manner
Assist providers with coordination of benefits inquiries and analyze patient activity
Educate customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma
2+ years of customer service experience in a high call volume environment
1+ year of medical and/or health insurance experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
