Key Responsibilities

Guide new owners through onboarding and training on software, brand standards, and customer service processes
Ensure successful internal and external setup and testing for service initiation, including appointment scheduling and AI command testing
Facilitate the introduction and training of new features and solutions to ensure smooth adoption by franchise owners



Required Qualifications

Minimum of five years of relevant business or system experience
Extensive knowledge of standard software, including Adobe, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
