Key Responsibilities:

Assess reportability for low-risk complaints using decision trees

Required Qualifications:

AS degree in a technical or scientific discipline, or a High School Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience
Preferred experience in complaint handling
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
