Key Responsibilities

Initiate contact with new customer prospects to introduce the Advice Center and match customers with appropriate advisors
Guide customers through the customer experience, gathering information to assess needs and create profiles
Schedule appointments with advisors and facilitate communication to ensure timely address of customer needs


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
Two years of experience in financial services and/or customer service
Understanding of the financial services industry
Professional demeanor to represent the company in a virtual environment
