Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for client trading of various securities in an inbound call center
Explain investment concepts clearly and provide exceptional service to retail customers
Assist with account opening, asset movement, and educate customers on financial solutions


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or finance
2+ years of financial customer service experience
1+ years of direct trading experience
FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required
