Key Responsibilities

Submit and track physician orders and documentation for signatures
Maintain electronic medical records and process demographic changes
Assist clients and co-workers with records procedures and order tracking


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Knowledge of medical records and HIPAA regulations
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Minimum of 1 year experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home health
