Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely collections from delinquent and high-risk small business and commercial accounts through communication via email and phone
Negotiate payment plans to reduce credit losses while considering customers' financial well-being
Collaborate with strategy, legal, product, and engineering teams to develop efficient collection strategies and operational procedures


Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in collections, recoveries, or credit risk management operations via phone
Strong background in customer support via phone and email
Experience with financial products such as credit cards, loans, or mortgages
BA/BS from an accredited university
