Key Responsibilities

Collaborate on annual target setting and ensure alignment with business goals
Support month-end close activities and manage IT cost allocations
Analyze financial performance and present insights on trends and opportunities


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred
5 years of relevant experience in finance
Proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Experience with data mining tools, preferably Power BI and Essbase
