Key Responsibilities

Ensure customers maximize value from products and subscriptions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

3+ years of experience in support, sustaining, or development engineering in an enterprise environment
Excellent understanding of Linux and UNIX with basic Linux system administration experience preferred
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the enterprise IT sector
