• Willing to wait for license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• Can be either 4 x 8 hour shifts or 4 x 10 hour shifts
• 16 patients per day, must be able to see all ages
• Will consider IM for adults only
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
