  Job Details
  • York Hospital in York, Maine is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join us at our main campus location.
  • This is a full-time, 40 hour per week, 4 - 10 hour days from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and rotating weekends.
  • No call.

        Unit Specific Information
        • The inpatient RD serves a vital role in the health care team by
        • Assessing patient's nutrition status, including use of NFPE to identify malnutrition.
        • Developing and evaluating a nutrition plan; collaborating with all health care team members.
        • Providing patient and family education, including special diet and food/drug education.
        • Participating in team patient care meetings.
        • Performing administrative functions to ensure efficient and accurate workflow.
        • Supervising accuracy of work performed by dietitian assistants.
