Key Responsibilities

Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring compliance and a smooth transition
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and support HRIS management and data integrity
Assist with benefits administration, payroll support, and compliance with employment laws and regulations


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
1-2 years of professional experience in HR, specifically in People Operations or a related function
Experience with people operations technologies such as BambooHR, Jira Helpdesk, and Monday.com
Understanding of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and FLSA
