A company is looking for a Construction Draw Analyst.



Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and determine appropriate draw disbursement on holdback construction loans by reviewing related documentation and inspection photos
Ensure compliance with loan documents, credit policy, and applicable state and federal laws
Coordinate communications with all parties involved in the draw process, including borrowers, contractors, and inspectors


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of work experience in roles emphasizing client coordination, workflow management, or documentation review
Experience in the construction industry, funds control, real estate/mortgage, or loan servicing preferred
General knowledge of the residential construction process and construction/mortgage terminology
Excellent computing skills, including MS Excel and Google Sheets; experience with database platforms like Salesforce or Oracle is a plus More...
