Key Responsibilities

Lead the customer solutions agenda by creating frameworks and templates for a customer-centric culture
Drive growth through the identification of new business opportunities and collaboration with product partners
Manage a team of solutions engineers and ensure effective deployment of new solutions for customers


Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in business, technology, or a related field
10+ years of professional experience, with 7+ years in payments or card solutions
Strong leadership and talent development experience
Understanding of product positioning and development lifecycle
