Assess current state processes and tools, define solution requirements, and develop implementation plans

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience with ServiceNow focusing on CMDB, Discovery, and integrations
5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL processes and solutions
8+ years of professional services/consulting experience
