- BS degree, Master's preferred, in Healthcare Administration, HR or MBA
- Minimum 7-10 years related experience with 4+ years of Human Resources oversight, and either healthcare operations or administrative management at an executive level.
- Working knowledge of Human Resources systems and procedures, regulations and laws pertaining to employment
- Thorough working knowledge of State and Federal payment regulations (Mainecare, Medicare), ERISA, CARF accreditation standards and State of Maine Licensing
- Understanding of facilities management
- Excellent leadership and human relations abilities
- Ability to interpret financial and human resource related data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize, coordinate and direct projects
