As a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) you will work alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Transports patient to rehabilitation therapy and accompanies to outside appointments Participates in the care planning process and implements care according to care plan.
