Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Attorney with a focus on municipal finance and transactional tax matters. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work within a highly respected team, advising clients on complex tax-exempt financing structures, including conduit financings and healthcare-related financings, as well as tax credit-related transactions such as low-income and new markets tax credits. Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients on municipal finance and transactional tax matters, with a specific focus on tax-exempt financings, including conduit and healthcare-related transactions.
- Lead and support tax credit-related transactions, including low-income and new markets tax credits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure financing solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide clear and actionable recommendations to clients.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations, providing guidance on complex tax issues related to financing.

Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in municipal finance, transactional tax, tax-exempt financing, and/or tax credit-related transactions.
- Proven expertise in healthcare financings, conduit financings, or tax credit-related transactions such as low-income and new markets.
