With limited guidance from senior team members, incumbent will be capable of accurately troubleshooting issues at all levels of the system, from the endpoint to the application through the various layers of communication and processing of data. The Systems Engineer will also help direct installations, reconfigurations and maintenance on rack mounted electrical equipment such as uninterruptable power supplies (UPS), Static Transfer Switches (STS) and Automatic Transfer switches (ATS), HVAC controls, as well as camera and monitoring systems. Incumbent will be self-motivated, and actively engaged in finding and correcting issues to ensure the reliability and functionality of the ICS system as a whole.Salary Range: $130,000 to $140,000Work Model: Onsite/Office-BasedResponsibilitiesEssential Duties & Job Functions: - Support the integrity of the System Security Plan, creating Corrective Action Plans for issues identified and all supporting processes.
- Develop, finalize and submit all documentation as required to execute SCADA or EMCS work and illustrate full functionality with completion of work and testing.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose all forms of errors and inconsistencies with endpoint devices and integration into the SCADA or EMCS environment.
- Setup and configure all manners of OT equipment and network interface devices, PLC and automation controllers and associated sensors and metering, and video surveillance systems.
- Verifying accuracy of data and equipment, metering values, alarm points, etc.
- Directing, mentoring and training junior personnel as needed.
- Ensure rack mounted electrical equipment is maintained and installed correctly.
- Record and update documentation for assets in the ICS environment.
- Provide other members with guidance and support in the ongoing upkeep of the SCADA/EMCS systems.
