Duties This position will supervise the work of staff engaged in preparing budget projections, spending plans, processing billing/payments, performing audits, and other budget formulation and execution related duties.The duties and responsibilities of this position include:Developing and recommending milestones, objectives, and plans to achieve the agency's long and short-range priorities.Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of the agency in meeting established goals, objectives and performance measures in relation to budgetary requirements.Preparing a variety of regular and special reports and presentation materials covering the status of funds, expenses, and obligations.Assuring compliance with departmental/ division procedures and quality assurance reviews.Providing direction and guidance to a staff of auditors and administrative personnel in conducting budget related duties.Requirements Conditions of EmploymentU.S. Citizenship required.Selective Service: Males born after December 31, 1959, must be registered or exempt from Selective Service - http://www.sss.gov.If not previously completed, a background security investigation will be required for all appointees.
