We are looking for a full-time Senior Water Resources Project Manager with a background in stormwater management, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, stream, and wetland design, construction document production, and construction phase environmental compliance. As a successful candidate, you will mentor water resources staff in all aspects of water resource design and project development. - Provide technical guidance and mentoring to H&H staff.
- Conduct quality control and quality assurance reviews of water resources-related work.
- Develop project scopes of work and price proposals.
- Assist staff in meeting project goals, schedules, and budgets.
- Potential for future supervisory and leadership responsibilities. Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer with at least 15 years of experience.
- Five (5) years of experience demonstrating increasing responsibilities and a track record of success.
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Project Management Experience with DelDOT is preferred.
- Design Experience including hydrology and hydraulics analysis, drainage design, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, bridge and culvert scour analysis andcountermeasure design, stream restoration, floodplain permitting, and watershed planning.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Experience developing task proposals and fee estimates. #Pando
