This is a Part-Time or Full-Time Seasonal positionBehind the scenes customer contact center. The Customer Communications Specialist takes calls from potential guests, answers questions, and actively booking lessons for any offer within the Snowsports Department. This is a Part-Time or Full-time Seasonal position.Responsibilities & Duties:

• Answering phones.
• Taking reservations for the Snowsports Department.
• Communicating with Snowsports Department about lesson availability.
• Provide excellent, friendly guest service.
• Answering questions about other offerings.Qualifications:
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • Great active listening skills.
  • Patient, empathetic attitude on the phone.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Computer literacy. E-mail communication.
  • Phone skills/familiarity with multi-line phones system.
  • Customer Service oriented.
