They have built their reputation on bringing innovative products to market and personal service to the industry. Locally owned since 1991, PERFORMANCE TEXTILES is seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to support daily operations in a fast-paced commercial warehouse. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience in office bookkeeping and administration, with a strong understanding of accounting principles. In this role, they will collaborate closely with the accountant to manage financial records, oversee month-end closing processes, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial documentation. Bookkeeper key responsibilities:Accounts payable including processing invoices, verifying purchase orders for PO driven invoices, reconciling discrepancies, preparing payments. Accounts Receivable including processing invoices, recording payments, reconciling discrepancies and making bank deposits.
