Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual (AV) Programmer with advanced expertise in Crestron, Q-SYS, Biamp, and Extron systems. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of hands-on experience in AV programming, system integration, and maintenance. You will be responsible for designing and programming AV control systems in commercial environments, providing tailored solutions that meet client needs. Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 depending on experience. Discretionary annual bonus based on performance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement control systems using Crestron, Q-SYS, Biamp and Extron platforms, ensuring seamless integration of AV equipment.
- Design user interfaces for touch panels and keypads, ensuring ease of use and customization for clients.
- Conduct pre-installation testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of AV systems in-house and on-site.
- Commission AV systems, including configuration of DSP systems for audio routing and performance.
- Perform system calibration and optimization for audio-visual functionalities, including program audio, voice lift, ATC, and VTC.
- Provide technical documentation for system configurations and user guides.
- Train end-users on system operations and provide ongoing support for technical issues.
- Work alongside project managers, AV engineers, and installation teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Assist in developing network and infrastructure designs for AV installations.
Required Qualifications: - Crestron Certified Programmer (CCP) with Crestron Level III training.
- Experience with Q-SYS programming, including DSP configurations.
- Strong background in AV system design, signal flow, and network integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve AV and IT-related issues.
- Ability to obtain and maintain clearance.
