  Job Details
  • Experience in Utilization Review and Case Management discharge planning, with a primary focus on Utilization Review and occasional involvement in Case Management discharge planning.
  • Preferred experience includes proficiency in Meditech, Midas, Interqual, and Wellsky CarePort.
    Job Requirements
    • Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
    • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
    • Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years.
    • HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics. Completed within a year of start updated yearly. Minimum 80% score. Only 2 attempts allowed.
    • Pre-Hire Modules required for Non-Allied Positions to be completed prior to clearance.
      Additional Details
      • Must not be expired. Must match address on file within technology. Must show front/back. If placement is in a state other than home state/issuing state of compact license, address on Driver's license must match the home state for the compact license.
      • 1st PPD within 1 year, 2nd PPD within 30 days of start. And/or Negative IGRA within 90 days of start date lab printout prior to start. TB Questionnaire must be updated annually.
