The Pines Nursing and Rehab is currently looking for a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to assist with leading our nursing team!Are you a compassionate and enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RN) with leadership experience in long-term care? Full-time Duties: Develops and maintains nursing service objectives and standards of nursing practice in accordance with the nursing policies and procedures Assesses each resident's needs and assists in the development of a treatment plan for nursing care to meet the daily treatment and care needs of the resident Participates in the interdisciplinary team and works cooperatively with team members to ensure the coordination of care and treatment for the residents Ensures that nursing personnel provide treatments, medications, diets, rehabilitative nursing care, activities of daily living, protective service, and training in self-care as stated in the care plan to ascertain that optimum comfort and care is provided Train nursing staff in the proper provision of direct care to residents Lead others through actions consistent with and serve our culture Qualifications: Current RN license is required Service-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor) Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities Benefits: Highest Wages and Benefits in the Industry Health insurance Paid time off Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Life insurance Referral program Amazing hands-on management team!
