Physical Therapist responsibilities include therapy screens, evaluations, daily treatment sessions and discharge/discharge programs. Physical demands of the position require good physical and mental health status as the position requires walking/standing most of the day, lifting, transferring, and pushing residents and equipment. Daily documentation is done electronically via NetHealth Therapy(formally Rehab Optima) with a minimum weekly productivity of 85%. This position requires a master's or doctorate of Physical Therapy, State License for the state in which services are being provided and CPR.
