We are now looking for another team member to join us in the Commercial Team as a Sales Executive.What you'll be doing:

• Achieve sales targets and oversee the delivery of account revenue.
• Expand customer base and penetrate new markets.
• Follow up on the implementation of sales programs and campaigns.
• Manage relationships with all customer layers and resolve escalated issues.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations with trade accounts.
• Clearly communicate to trade accounts their KPIs and ensure alignment with sales department objectives.
• Develop and document different work procedures involving trade accounts and other departments.What we'd love for you to have:
  • Work experience: 3+ years prior experience in sales development activities (preferably in the FMCG and Paints industries).
  • PC knowledge: Windows & Office.
  • Technical skills: Sales & customer management, financial skills, product and market knowledge.
  • Personal skills: Organization, communication, analytical, presentation skills, and time management.
  • Proven experience in the target geographical areas.We'll provide:
