A company is looking for an Inpatient Facility Coding QA Mentor/Trainer.



Key Responsibilities

Train new hires in the modular coding department, including job shadowing and progress reporting
Conduct quality reviews of production coders on a regular basis
Develop and maintain training materials and resources while providing ongoing support to the coding team


Required Qualifications

5+ years of inpatient coding experience
Experience in coding quality audits specific to inpatient coding
At least one of the following credentials: CCS, RHIA, RHIT
Experience with multiple EMR systems, including Epic, Cerner, PowerChart, and Meditech More...
