Key Responsibilities

Create and manage product shipments and resolve discrepancies with Amazon and warehouse teams
Monitor customer feedback and report issues to the Account Manager
Create and optimize product listings on Amazon and execute promotional campaigns


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred
1+ years of eCommerce experience, particularly with Amazon
Proficient in relevant tools and technologies, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Skilled in multitasking and managing multiple projects concurrently
