Key Responsibilities

Conducts contacts with external customers to collect or resolve aged receivables
Performs analysis and reconciliation of financial data to ensure transaction accuracy
Initiates corrective actions to resolve issues, including policy cancellations and balance transfers


Required Qualifications

Associates Degree or equivalent
Typically a minimum of two years of relevant experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
