Key Responsibilities

Respond to cloud infrastructure incidents and perform troubleshooting
Conduct maintenance activities including patching, updates, and system health checks
Configure and maintain backup solutions and manage logging, monitoring, and alerting for cloud resources


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in cloud OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in cloud
Proficiency with AWS and Azure Cloud Services
Experience with incident management and troubleshooting in cloud environments
Hands-on experience with patch management and system updates
