Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar size and volume ER required; Must have completed at least one prior travel assignment License: Valid State License required; specific state requirements apply dependent on location Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, and PALS Must-Have: - Experience in an ER setting receiving at least 125 visits per day within the past 8 months - Skills in Triage, IV Starts, and Phlebotomy - Willingness to work every other weekend and holiday rotation Job Description: - Provide professional nursing care in a fast-paced emergency department - Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4 or 5 - Complete required modules pre-start and during orientation - Ensure compliance with facility standards, including mandatory flu vaccination - May come into contact with COVID-19 patients - Adhere to facility's scrubs policy (Purple scrubs required; not provided) - Provide references from two supervisors - Orientation includes 28 hours (%50 Non-Billable) Note: Local candidates within a 60-mile radius will be considered at a lower rate.
