Key Responsibilities

Coordinate financial matters between the hospital, patients, and third-party payors, ensuring necessary authorizations for transplant services
Track transplant patient cases and coordinate billing and collection processes, identifying discrepancies and ensuring proper documentation
Educate patients and families on insurance coverage, financial status, and available financial support programs


Required Qualifications

Experience in financial coordination within healthcare, preferably related to transplant services
