• Lead projects within QC Raw Materials
• Authors and Executes Quality Records, including Change Controls and Investigations
• Sampling of raw materials according to established specifications
• Coordinate and deliver samples to QC lab for internal testing of raw materials.
• Sending out of raw material samples to Contract Testing Laboratories (CTL).
• Follows up with CTLs on testing and turnaround times to ensure testing deadlines are met.
• Review of test data from CTLs, including interpretation of test results according to specificationsThe candidate:
  • B.S. or B.A. required, in a Life Sciences discipline preferred
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience working in a cGMP environment
  • Experience working in cGMP Quality Control
  • Experience with raw material testing and set up of raw material programs, preferred
  • Experience with Compendial requirements (USP/EP/JP/etc)The anticipated salary range for this position in Maryland is $58,240-$80,080 plus an annual bonus target.
