Monitor employee feedback channels and respond to inquiries or concerns promptly.Ensure that all employee communication content is consistent with the company's brand voice and values. May work with companies as an outside consultant.Assist in the development and promotion of employee recognition programs and events.Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and tact.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies.Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues.Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience. Job Requirements--Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 2 years experience in a human resources or internal communications role.Demonstrated ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for an employee audienceProficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneouslyExperience in event planning and execution for employee engagement activitiesKnowledge of graphic design principles and tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skillsE.O.E--Powered by JazzHRCompensation details: 50000-60000 Yearly SalaryPI0e25dc707806-25660-36625617 More...
