Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day HR support including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
Maintain and manage the HRIS system and oversee the payroll process

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field
3+ years of experience in various HR disciplines, including payroll and recruitment
Experience with Rippling HRIS is mandatory
