    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Montessori Teacher Certification -
    • Bachelors or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development / CDA Certified preferred.
    • 1year prior experience working in a certified child development center (1 year preferred).
    • 90 clock hours or equivalent of approved early childhood coursework.
    • Montessori credentials preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required. - -
    • Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required. - -
