We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst who will take on responsibilities that are central to extracting valuable insights from data and enabling strategic initiatives.This position offers a flexible hybrid/telecommute schedule. The onsite and telecommute arrangement is determined by the site team and may change based on government or operational needs. Candidates should reside within a commutable distance and be able to report onsite as required by the government customer.Responsibilities: Lead the analysis of intricate datasets, extracting profound insights, and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Design and implement advanced data models, visualizations, and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine complex data requirements, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business goals. Develop and maintain data processing pipelines, ETL workflows, and data integration solutions to support analytics initiatives. Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive strategic decision-making. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts in data cleansing, transformation, and advanced analytical techniques. Stay current with emerging data analytics trends, techniques, and tools, and provide recommendations for implementing new technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement data quality standards and data governance practices. Translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions and insights.Requirements: Active Secret clearance is required. Due to agency and contract requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens with no dual citizenship. 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or related field. Experience in any or all of the following: SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI. Requires a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Certifications are a plus!Benefits: |
