A company is looking for an RFP Proposal Writer to support their Global Sales & Account Management team.



Key Responsibilities

Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Produce compliant and winning proposals while ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy
Manage the proposal process, including documentation, timelines, and resource allocation for the sales team



Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in proposal writing
Experience with US government RFPs, including familiarity with FAR requirements
Experience in the LMS sector or similar industries
Proficient in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
