Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a Project Analyst with a strong background in Export Compliance and Security roles in Classified Management, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Derivative Classification and Portion Marking to support our work as a prime contractor on a high-profile U.S. Navy weapon system. A successful candidate will a strong attention to detail, exhibit the ability to work independently and with others, and effectively communicate.This position is responsible for Conducting quality control assessments of Classified and CUI documentation distributed to SSP U.S. and UK Customers.Organizing and overseeing shipments/mailing of products to domestic and international locations. Prepare, process, and logging every/each Export transaction and required documents/media in an electronic tracking tool and maintain records of all invoices and transactions.Analyzing and evaluating documents and other media per Security Classification Guides (SCGs), National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and familiar with DoD Manual 5200.01 Volumes 1 through 3; DoD Information Security Program.Analyzing work products to determine what classified information it contains or reveals and evaluate that information against official classification guidance.Exhibiting, directing, and training proper handling of classified and CUI information.About BAE Systems and the U.S. Navy's Strategic Systems Programs (SSP)Our organization has supported the U.S. Navy's Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) continually since the program's inception in the 1950s. Understand and demonstrate knowledge of Derivative Classification to show new document is identified as classified by applying the appropriate markings to the document. Determining whether information was originally classified Ensuring that it continues to be identified as classified by marking or similar means when included in newly created material or media. Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to program manager/senior leaders and customers.Ability to lead and motivate a teams to ensure the proper handling and distribution of classified and CUI material.Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse work teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience as a former security specialist. |
