Job Description: Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need of extra assistance with daily activities and necessities Assist with companionship, bathing, toileting, ambulation, and other activities of daily living Perform glucose testing, blood pressure monitoring, and other health-related tasks as needed Provide specialized care for seniors, individuals with Alzheimer's or dementia, and those in need of palliative care Collaborate with clinical team members to develop and implement care plans Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients Assist with laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping tasks Company Information: Aamira Home Care is a family-owned private Residential Service Agency that provides in-home care to individuals in need of extra assistance with daily activities and necessities.
