Job Summary JobThe Client Services Materials Lead Analyst is an entry level functional Management role responsibile for perfoming duties assigned to the Client Services Material Analysts, in addition to providing leadership and administrative and business support to the department Management. Under supervision, is responsible for bridging all activities between Client Services and Logistics/Supply Chain. Will assists monitoring backorder levels together with Planners and Buyers, coordinates the information flow between Supply Chain and the CS representatives & Management. Assist in distribution projects, such as material management creation and update per geographical area, substitution rules per customer/country, material allocations and lot macthing. Will serves as first level escalation in operational issues that may impact our customers. ResponsibilitiesKey Accountabilities

• Joins forecast meetings with Supply Chains and reports managers relevant information and escalate critical situations.
• Maintains frequent communications with Buyer/Planner on a variety of subjects, including order information, material availability, recalls and shipping issues.
• Create and maintain lot reservation per customer/group/region, matching lots as needed.
• Extend salable materials from distribution to NoA sales organization, working closely with Supply Chains and the Central Materials Department
• Maintain some of the material master fields relevant to the sales company area, not already maintained by CO process, updates record as needed communicating with Central Materials department.
• Maintain substitution rule records per customer/country and ensure compliance with IVDR / MDSAP regulations and regional labeling assignment.
• Runs reports and analyze data as assigned, providing regular feedback to Manager or designee.
• Propose continuous improvements coordinating the activities with other departments involved.
• Completes special projects as assigned from Management. Networking/Key relationships

  • Regulatory Affairs QualificationsMinimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Supply Chains or related field, or equivalent experienceExperience
      • Minimum 3 years related experience in Customer Service environment and / or Supply Chain-Logitsics, Material Management
      • Prior experience as people manager of a small team preferredAdditional Skills / Knowledge:
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and other analytical functions and formulas required
        • Proficiency of SAP ERP required
        • Proficiency in Powerpoint editing
        • Comfortable with presenting information to large groups
        • Solid understanding of Logistics and Supply Chains, both domestic and international
        • Fluency in English required. Fluency in Spanish preferred. Skills & Capabilities:
