- Develop and execute comprehensive capture strategies to secure win business in the Public Sector, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage and track progress against the go to market campaigns we have for the Defense Industrial Base (DIB)
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, challenges, and priorities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the capture process, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including proposal development, project management, and technical experts, to ensure the successful execution of capture strategies.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and position the organization favorably in the government procurement landscape.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with the capture process, developing contingency plans as needed.Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational, account management, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver client-focused solutions based on understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of client and partner organizations.
- Effective at sharing and communicating knowledge and supporting teammates
- Highly organization and self-sufficient
- High degree of integrity by honoring commitments and demonstrating consistent follow-up and follow-through
- Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, advanced degree a plus
- Basic understanding of business principles, strategic planning, and stakeholder management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Tool Suite & Google Suite
- Excellent research, analytical and data interpretation skills to derive actionable insights
- Experience with revenue operations a plus
- Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.Nice to Haves:
