Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at Parm - Copley Place. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, scheduling, and staff performance.
• Customer Service: Ensure that guests have an exceptional dining experience, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Team Management: Train, develop, and motivate a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses to deliver exceptional service and drive sales growth.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor sales trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize menu offerings and drive revenue growth.
• Scheduling: Create and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels, minimizing labor costs and maximizing productivity.
• Employee Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.Requirements:
  • 2+ years of progressive hospitality experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
