As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our upscale dining restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.Key Responsibilities - Operational Management: Work under the direction of the General Manager to manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, staff management, and inventory control.
- Staff Development: Train and motivate staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional guest service and maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverage products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Guest Service: Foster a culture of exceptional guest service, ensuring that all guests receive a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, to ensure that the restaurant is always fully stocked and prepared for service.Requirements
