  Overview
  We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing, with the ability to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
  
  Responsibilities
  Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
  Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs and lab results.
  Administer medications and treatments as per protocols.
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  Educate patients and families about treatment options and care plans.
  Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  Requirements
  Experience: 2-3 years of relevant ICU nursing experience required.
  Licenses/Certifications:
  Current MA RN license at time of submission.
  CPR (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications.
  Skills:
  Proficiency in ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, and hemodynamic monitoring.
  Strong ability in cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management.
  Preferred: CCRN certification is preferred.
  Additional Information
  Testing: Candidates must complete PASS/FAIL ECG/Tele and Medications tests during onboarding. Testing to be scheduled within 48 hours of confirmation, with completion required within 1 week. A minimum passing score of 85% is necessary, with no remediation opportunities.
  Vaccinations: COVID+ booster and flu vaccine are required; medical exemptions will be accepted.
